Climara
Climara is Bayer's once-a-week patch, and in the US it is the reference brand for three generics: Sandoz's (which is Climara itself under another label), Mylan's and Zydus's. It is the only US family with a 0.06 mg strength.
ASHP lists every Climara strength as available. Bayer says one Climara dose, which it hasn't named, faces supply constraints until early 2027 (Reuters). Sandoz's version is the most affected patch in the country: two strengths on back order with no date and the other four on allocation.

Questions about Climara
Which Climara strength is short?
