US estradiol patches, brand by brand
13 estradiol patches in the usual menopause strengths are listed for sale in the US, from six companies. This board shows each one in each strength, in the words of ASHP's shortage bulletin and the makers.
The board
Patches are grouped by type: the once-a-week Climara family first, then the twice-a-week Vivelle-Dot and Minivelle families. Generics sit with the brand the FDA rates them against.

Statuses checked October 18, 2026 against each row's source. We re-check every week.
How we decide each status
ASHP's bulletin lists packs by their NDC, the number on the box. We matched each NDC to its product through the FDA's NDC Directory. A pack on back order with no release date is Short. On allocation, or on intermittent back order with regular releases, it is Limited. A pack ASHP lists under available products is Available. A patch ASHP doesn't mention at all is No data, which is not the same as fine: Vivelle-Dot and Zydus's weekly patch aren't on the bulletin either way.
ASHP last updated its bulletin on August 12, 2026, and its site doesn't let our tools read it directly, so we read the archived copy of October 13, 2026. A pharmacy can be out of a patch ASHP calls available. Medfinder's own pharmacy checks over the last 30 days found Climara, Dotti and Lyllana in stock in about 1% of its checks (Medfinder). Those checks are made for people who couldn't find their patch, so they read low, but they are the shelf view where ASHP's is the factory view.

Combination and low-dose patches
Two patches combine estradiol with a progestin, for people who still have a uterus: Climara Pro (Bayer, estradiol 0.045 mg plus levonorgestrel 0.015 mg a day, changed once a week, label) and CombiPatch (Noven, estradiol 0.05 mg plus norethindrone acetate 0.14 mg or 0.25 mg a day, changed twice a week, label). Neither has a generic and neither is on ASHP's bulletin. Menostar and its Zydus generic deliver 0.014 mg a day and are approved only to help prevent bone loss, not for hot flashes.
No longer sold, though they still turn up on old prescriptions: Alora, Vivelle (the original, not Vivelle-Dot), Estraderm, Esclim, Fempatch (FDA Orange Book).
