Vivelle-Dot

Vivelle-Dot is the best-known twice-a-week patch. Sandoz holds its approval and also sells it unbranded. Mylan, Zydus and Amneal (as Dotti) make generics the FDA rates against it.

ASHP doesn't mention Vivelle-Dot or Sandoz's unbranded version either way. Among its generics, Dotti 0.0375 and 0.1 mg are on back order with no date, Zydus's three highest strengths are on allocation, and Mylan's version is listed as available apart from 0.05 mg.
