Estradot

Estradot is Sandoz's twice-a-week patch in Canada, changed every 3 to 4 days (product monograph), and the only Canadian patch made in a 37.5 mcg strength.

Estradot 100 mcg has been out of stock since August 3, the Toronto Star reported in October. Sandoz says demand it calls "unprecedented" can't be fully met yet, and in March said it would raise production by more than 20 per cent this year (CBC News). Three Estradot strengths were listed short in March 2026.
