Sandoz Estradiol Derm
Sandoz Estradiol Derm is Sandoz's own generic patch in Canada, changed twice a week like Estradot (product monograph). It comes in 50, 75 and 100 mcg only.
With Estradot 100 out, Sandoz Estradiol Derm 100 is the only 100 mcg patch left in Canada, since Bayer dropped Climara 100 in 2018. The Toronto Star reported it available in October, though not in every pharmacy. Two of its strengths were listed short in March 2026 (CBC News).
